Your privacy matters to us, and we know it matters even more when you buy an adult product. This page explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
When you place an order Name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number if you provide it, order details and order history.
When you pay Payment is handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us Your email address, your message, and any details you choose to share.
When you subscribe to our newsletter Your email address and the date of your consent.
When you browse the site IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and cookie data. See our Cookie Preferences page.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

4. Discreet handling
We ship in plain packaging with no product images or branding on the outside. The sender name on the parcel is [SENDER NAME ON PARCEL]. Your card or bank statement will show [STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR].
5. Who we share data with
We share only what is needed, and only with:

6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU or UK. Where that happens, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to protect your data.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us to:

10. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, restricted staff access and trusted providers. No system is perfect, so we also ask you to keep your account password private.
11. Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always sits on this page with the date at the top.
