Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on ojoyer.com with Aionox UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Ojoyer”, “we”, “us”).

Who can buy

Our products are adult products. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country if it is higher. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The contract

Adding a product to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout and click Place Order. We then send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or, for pre-orders, when we accept your order in writing.
Pre-order

Peaker is currently sold as a pre-order product.

  • Your order reserves a unit from the production run stated at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise.
  • Estimated dispatch dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
  • If dispatch is delayed beyond our stated estimate, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
  • You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After that window, cancellation is not possible while the unit is in production, but your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery is not affected.
Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.

Customers outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch until payment clears.

Shipping and delivery

  • All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product images or brand markings on the outside.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to a person you designate.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days with photos so we can resolve it.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. Full details, including the exceptions for sealed hygiene products, are in our Right of Revocation page.

For customers in the USA we offer a 30 day return window. A 10 percent restocking fee applies to returns that are not caused by a defect.

In all cases, returned products must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been opened.

Warranty and defects

We are liable for defects under the statutory rules of your country. If your product is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, use with silicone or oil-based lubricants, exposure to heat above 50°C, or failure to follow the care instructions are not covered.

Correct use

Peaker is an adult novelty product for external sensory stimulation. It is not a medical device and is not intended for therapeutic or internal use. Use only water based lubricants. Follow the cleaning and storage instructions supplied with the product.

Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

The Ojoyer name, logo, product designs, photography and website content belong to us. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
