Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the 14 day period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any reduction in value of the goods that results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions: sealed hygiene products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Because Peaker is an intimate product, this means:
- If the sealed packaging is still intact, you can return the product within 14 days.
- If the seal has been opened, we cannot accept the return, unless the product is faulty.
This exception does not affect your rights if the product is defective or not as described.
Pre-orders
- You may cancel a pre-order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
- After that, cancellation is not available while the unit is in production.
- If dispatch is delayed beyond our stated estimate, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Your 14 day withdrawal right after delivery is not affected by any of the above.
Customers in the USA
Customers in the USA have a 30 day return window from delivery. Returns must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. A restocking fee of 10 percent applies to returns that are not caused by a defect. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
